Contract Staffing

Contract to Hire

Our ‘Contract-to-hire’ program allows you the ability to sample the work of a potential employee before making the critical ‘to-hire’ decision. This program works well for companies that would like to staff short-term projects with excellent employees who can be internalized into the organization if the project is extended or if it makes sense to keep a talented employee in the family.

A potential employee is hired as an CSTI employee and then assigned to work for our client. This arrangement saves the client the cost of payroll and employee benefits during the evaluation period. Typically, this method involves an hourly rate and a sliding scale conversion fee, depending upon the amount of time spent on the job prior to the hiring decision.

Full-time Placement

We provide recruitment and placement of employees on a contingency basis. We work with our clients in the identifying and defining their needs and finding qualified candidates to fill the position.
